Returning for its 7th year, NeoCon East has made its trademark as the premier design exposition and conference for the mid-atlantic design community and a necessity to the industry. This unique event was featured at NeoCon World’s Trade Fair 2009 and for the first time ever, will be held in Baltimore at NeoCon East.
Here's a sneak preview of the Headliners: Thorsten Bosch, co-organizer of Pecha Kucha, architect and graphic designer of visualizedconcepts in Chicago • Stephen Copeland, a freelance designer since 1989 and founder of Copeland Studios based in Merion, Pennsylvania • Cheryl Duvall, an interior designer, organization development practitioner, artist and founder of Avance, LLC, a consulting firm in Ellicott City, Md. • Peter Exley, moderator of Pecha Kucha, architect and co-founder of the nationally recognized practice, architectureisfun in Chicago • David London, a magician, an artist, and a human being--the three of which he believes are interchangeable. Living in Washington DC, his work pulls from a variety of mediums, and explores the subjects of dreams, illusion, reality, and everywhere in between. • Dennis Shah, co-founder and president of Studio Printworks in Hoboken, NJ, a wallpaper company unique in that the collection was inspired by modernist styles and included up and coming artists • Matt Wellin, professional sound engineer is the Director of Technical Operations for AV Chicago Inc. You won’t want to miss this entertaining experience. • Peter Nissen of Gotham Studios is an Emmy-winning television producer for National Geographic, as well as a digital content innovator. He is currently developing "GeoRadio", a GPS-triggered audio application for iPhones and other devices, that tells you stories about the places you pass. He wil present: Georadio.

PechaKucha Events are special one off events in collaboration with partners in different fields. PechaKucha Events can be organized as a part of a conference or event. They are independent of the PechaKucha Night series running now in over 250 cities globally but we work with our PechaKucha city organizers if the event is in the same city as a PechaKucha Night series.
