PechaKucha night Amsterdam

Bonjour!
Tomorrow night we will be organising the ninth Pecha Kucha Night Amsterdam at Mediamatic. We've selected twelve presenters who can hardly wait to show you their images and speak about new projects, fresh ideas and inspiring topics.
Line-up:
Alex Scordelis (Improv Everywhere), Dadara, Harm Sas (Sid Lee), Ekene Ijeoma, Maarten Boer (Buutvrij/Wheels of Steel), Rory Hyde, Sicko Atze van Dijk, May J. Heek, Hendrik-Jan Grievink, Coralie Vogelaar, Rogier Klomp/Bart-Jan Kazemier (This is Propaganda), Bernard John Bolter IV.
Dive into the worlds of 'urban improv' actions and why riding the subway without pants is fun, 'jehova marketing' in terms of odd cars with a DJ boot built in, imaginary books, Bertelsmann's hegemony and why we should be afraid of it, and a psychedelic pink fortress in the middle of the American desert.
We have a film crew from Germany coming over to make a report for the tv show Metropolis of European culture channel Arte. Breaks will be filled with drinks, deep tunes by DJ PÄL and visuals by Merel Das aka Blackbird Badger. Doors open at 20:20. We will astound you with fabulously inspiring presenters, great music to dance to and so many interesting people in one space at one time, you'll wish you had more time to speak to all of them!
