we've finally found it, the next location for PKN Berkeley. It's in the awesome space at MUA Restaurant and Bar in Oakland. [We're now working with PKN Headquarters to change our name to PKN Berkeley-Oakland].
If you haven't been to MUA, you should. (
http://muaoakland.com). It's an industrial warehouse converted into a massive restaurant that keeps true to the original style of large timber, industrial steel and other things upon which you could terminally impale yourself. The space is rough inside which is in high contrast to Mua's highly-refined menu and elegant cocktail list. Mua is a great supporter of Oakland's First Friday Arts scene so it was no wonder they embraced PKN with open arms.
Our next PKN will be Monday, April 5th, upstairs at MUA. We already have an awesome lineup of published children's storybook authors, professional artists, architects, commercial film makers, and more. (

If you're interested in presenting or have other questions, contact either one of us.
