← All Chicago newsletters 2009-09-16 00:32:59
Coming on Tuesday September 29th at 6pm, a special Pecha Kucha Night Event is presented in association with the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs as part of the "Big. Bold. Visionary. Chicago Considers the Next Century" exhibit on display at 72 E. Randolph Street, Chicago from September 4 - October 4.
Advance tickets, the price of which includes three fantastically liquid, and potentially happy-making libations, are $25. You can get the little beauties on the magical internet at https://secure.ticketsage.net/SelectPerformance.aspx?pid=84111 or at the box office if you're strolling on Randolph Street during your lunch hour. Get them quickly, they are limited.
The line up is glorious (hopefully this is synonymous with PK) and comprises of the alphabetically arranged Lynn Becker, Tracey Dear, Thomas Gray, Brad Lynch, Clare Lyster, Kyle Reynolds, Elva Rubio, Ed Uhlir, and Michael Wilkinson. Julie Burros and Peter Exley will be your emcees.
For those of you who have ever uttered the word architecture, or have spent even a moment contemplating the great city on the lake, this is an event you shouldn't miss.
Thank you for your continued support of PechaKucha Night in Chicago, across Illinois, and throughout the Midwest. You make it rock. Let's blow the roof off the Burnham exhibit on September 29th.
