WE'LL MAKE THIS QUICK
Apparently it's supposed to snow (again!) tomorrow. But here's why you should ignore the snow and (safely) join us tomorrow night at Big Car at 8pm:
* Beer.
* Good ideas from good people, including:
John Beeler - Giving Away Nothing
Samantha Cross - Indy Connect – Let’s Talk About Transportation Planning
Craig McCormick - A New Vocabulary for a New Millenium
Paul Puzzello - Dialogue
Brooke Randolph - Rebuilding Haiti
Chunsheh Teo - Architecture for Humanity's Haiti Reconstruction Project
Matt Theobald - Humint vs. or + AI
* It'll be cozy. We've moved one floor up to Big Car Gallery from the Murphy Building - it's a little smaller, but warmer!
* Did we say beer? Sun King has generously donated beer: Sunlight Cream Ale, Wee Mac Scottish Ale, Osiris Pale Ale, and Crab Apple Wit. We have tasted all, and all is good.
* The world. Via the wonders of Internet we'll be part of a global Pecha Kucha loop - maybe the largest global conference ever that will span the globe!
* $20. Normally we charge thereabouts just to get in. But thanks to some generous underwriting (see below!), this $20 goes entirely to Architecture for Humanity's Haiti Reconstruction Project.
So all put, tomorrow night is just a great night to get together, chit-chat, drink some good beer, share ideas, and raise some money for our coastal neighbors.
We hope you'll be there.
Cheers,
