Volume 4 - Call for Submissions
Pecha Kucha Indianapolis will hold its fourth and final volume for the year on November 7th, graciously hosted by the Indianapolis Museum of Art.
To cap off this set of Pecha Kuchas, we are looking for truly sublime presentations that will be drawn from a mix of submissions from both seasoned PK veterns and rookies alike. Along with help from IMA and you, we hope to make this the best PK-Indy yet.
As we cull the submissions, we expect a coherent theme to emerge. We all find ourselves in a highly dynamic set of circumstances, thanks in part to our current political, economic, and social context, and anticipate that the submissions will in some way reflect this.
As always, presentations should be concise, thought-provoking, and idea-centric. Each presenter is allotted just 20 slides, each shown for only 20 seconds. Disciplines represented in previous volumes include: urban planning, design, art, architecture, fashion, history, sports, philanthropy, and landscape. Along with continued submissions from these areas, we look forward to submissions from education, information technology, music, and academia at large.
To submit an entry, please email a 250 word or less abstract of your presentation to
submissions@pkindy.org by October 17. Selected presenters will be notified on October 24.
Volume 4 will take place on Friday, November 7 from 7:00-10:00 PM at The Indianapolis Museum of Art. Tickets are $20.
